Whenever kids start to get in a funk, some get out of it really fast but some stay in it for a while. They usually get out of it when they have some motivation, but if they don’t get motivated or pushed, they start to shut down. It isn’t helpful to not ask for someone to help you get out of the funk because you could lose all motivation. Whenever you start to get in a funk try to get out of it as soon as possible. Talking to people when you aren’t feeling like yourself is healthy.. Your family and friends want to help you get back to your normal self. They don’t want you in this funk because it isn’t healthy for you. Talk about it and try to find ways to prevent it from happening again.
