Norths weight lifting program is really bad. We do this thing called MVP Complex and it’s completely irrelevant to weight lifting. Last year we focused on the three main lifts, Squat, Hang Clean, and bench. But now the school has added all of these extra lifts that we don’t need to do and they don’t help us whatsoever. I use to be able to have fun at weight lifting and now it’s one of the worst things ever. We have machines in the weight room that we don’t even use so what the point of having them.
