Sand volleyball is a great way to stay in shape. It’s a very difficult game. You play with a partner, you and that partner have to cover your whole side of the court. The sand slows you down, so it is difficult to run and jump. In the long run playing sand volleyball will benefit you, you’ll start to jump higher and run faster. It’s a very good work out. I love playing sand volleyball. I recommend it to those that like volleyball and want to try something a little more difficult.
